Postoda nedir

Postoda, sahibinin bağladığı sosyal medya hesaplarında içerik yayınlamak, listelemek ve kaldırmak için kullandığı ve bu hesapların gönderilerini, metriklerini ve yorumlarını izlediği kişisel bir yayın aracıdır. Uygulama sahibinin kendi bilgisayarında çalışır ve internete açık değildir. Panele Google hesabıyla giriş yapılır. Sahibi, markalarına erişim vermek istediği kişileri e-posta adresleriyle ekleyebilir.

Bu web sitesi

postoda.com çerez kullanmaz, analitik veya reklam aracı içermez. Barındırma sunucusu güvenlik ve işletim için standart erişim kayıtları (IP adresi, tarih, istenen sayfa) tutabilir. İsteğe bağlı okumalar

Hesap gönderilerini, gönderi metriklerini ve yorumları okumak isteğe bağlıdır ve varsayılan olarak açıktır. Marka sahibi bunların her birini Marka kimliği sayfasındaki Veri okuma bölümünden kapatabilir. Bu seçim yayınlamayı ve kaldırmayı etkilemez.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Veriler yalnız hesabı bağlamak, sahibinin onayladığı içeriği yayınlamak, sonucu kaydetmek, istendiğinde gönderiyi kaldırmak, hesapları ve gönderileri panelde göstermek, gönderilerin performansını ve yorumlarını sahibine göstermek için kullanılır. Hiçbir gönderi insan onayı olmadan yayınlanmaz. Veriler satılmaz, reklam için kullanılmaz ve yapay zekâ eğitiminde kullanılmaz.

Veriler nerede durur

Hesap bilgileri ve kayıtlar sahibinin bilgisayarındaki yerel veritabanında durur. Metrikler ve yorumlar da bu veritabanında durur. Erişim jetonları AES-256-GCM ile şifrelenir. Medya dosyaları, gönderi önizlemeleri ve marka görselleri Cloudflare R2 üzerinde saklanır. Bu dosyalar, platformların alabilmesi için herkese açık bir adresten erişilebilir olabilir.

Postoda'nın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uyar.

Meta ve Instagram verileri

Postoda, Instagram gönderisi yayınlamak, gönderi kaldırmak, hesap bilgisini ve gönderileri okumak, gönderi istatistiklerini ve yorumları okumak için Meta'nın izinlerini kullanır. ads_read izni yalnız sayfa rolü işletme portföyünden geldiğinde Story ve yorum okumak için istenir, reklam verisi okunmaz. Erişimi panelde Bağlantıyı kes seçeneğiyle veya Facebook ayarlarındaki iş entegrasyonları bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz. Kullanım Meta Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

X verileri

Postoda, X gönderisi yayınlamak, gönderi kaldırmak, hesap bilgisini, gönderileri, herkese açık metrikleri ve yanıtları okumak için X API'sini kullanır. Erişimi panelde Bağlantıyı kes seçeneğiyle veya X ayarlarındaki bağlı uygulamalar bölümünden kaldırabilirsiniz. Kullanım X Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

Saklama ve silme

Veriler hesap bağlı kaldığı ve yayın kaydı gerektiği sürece saklanır. Profil resmi ve biyografi, Hesaplar ekranı açıldığında günde en fazla bir kez yenilenir. Hesap gönderileri, metrikler ve yorumlar ilgili sayfa açıldığında yenilenir. Story metrikleri platformda 24 saat okunabildiği için son değer saklanır.

YouTube'dan alınan veriler 30 günden eskiyse yenilenir, yenilenemiyorsa veya video kaldırılmışsa silinir. YouTube yetkisi haftada bir kontrol edilir, yetki kaldırılmışsa o kanalın verileri silinir. Kaldırılmış gönderilerin yorum metinleri her platformda 30 gün sonra silinir. Instagram ve X'te kaldırılmış gönderilerin son sayıları kayıt olarak kalır. Uygulama sahibinin bilgisayarında çalıştığı için bu bakım panel açıldığında, günde en fazla bir kez çalışır.

Bağlantıyı kesmek: Hesaplar sayfasındaki Bağlantıyı kes seçeneği platformdaki yetkiyi iptal eder, erişim jetonunu, bio, profil resmi, hesap gönderileri, metrikleri ve yorumları hemen siler. Aynı yetkiyi kullanan başka bir bağlı hesap varsa platformdaki yetki onun için korunur, panel bunu söyler. Yayın kayıtları kalır.

Kalıcı silme: İçerikler varsayılan olarak arşivlenir. Marka sahibi bir içeriği Tamamen sil ile dosyaları, yayın kayıtları, onayları, metrikleri ve yorumlarıyla silebilir. Hesabı tamamen sil, hesabı ve yayın kayıtlarını siler. Yayındaki gönderiler bu işlemle platformdan kaldırılmaz. Depoda silinemeyen dosyalar yeniden denenir.

What Postoda is

Postoda is a personal publishing tool its owner uses to publish, list and remove content on social media accounts they connect, and to follow those accounts' posts, metrics and comments. The application runs on the owner's own computer. It is not exposed to the internet. The panel is entered with a Google account, and the owner can add the people they want to give access to their brands by email address.

This website

postoda.com sets no cookies and contains no analytics or advertising tools. The hosting server may keep standard access logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operations. The application panel uses one cookie, required to keep the session. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

Data the application accesses

The connected account's identifier, username, profile image, and biography or channel description.
Access tokens issued by the platform.
The name, email address and Google account identifier of people who sign in to the panel, and the email addresses they are given access through. No Google profile picture is stored.
Uploaded images and videos, written captions, titles and publishing settings.
Publishing results: post identifier, link, status, error and time.
The connected account's recent posts: post identifier, link, caption or title, date, format and a small preview image. Posts published outside the panel are included in this list.
Post metrics: depending on the platform, views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and replies.
Comments on posts: the comment text, the commenter's display name on the platform, and the time. This data belongs to third parties who are not the account owner, and it is shown only in the panel.
Records entered by hand: TikTok post links, brand logos, banners, bios, footer texts, website, TikTok and email addresses, tags, series names, content titles, descriptions, hashtags and YouTube settings.

Optional reads

Reading account posts, post metrics and comments is optional and on by default. The brand owner can turn each of them off in the Veri okuma (data reading) section of the Brand identity page. This choice does not affect publishing or removal.

For a read that is off, the panel, the maintenance job and MCP connections request no data from the platform.
When account posts or metrics are turned off, the last stored values are hidden. They stay on record until the maintenance rules delete them, and YouTube data is cleared under the 30-day rule.
When comments are turned off, that brand's stored comment text is deleted at once. If turned back on, comments return with a new read.
When all three are off, the maintenance job also sends no request to check the YouTube authorization.

How data is used

Data is used only to connect accounts, publish content the owner has approved, record the result, remove a post on request, show accounts and posts in the panel, and show the owner how posts perform and what comments they receive. No post is published without human approval. Data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial intelligence.

Where data is kept

Account information and records are kept in a local database on the owner's computer. Metrics and comments are kept in the same database. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Media files, post previews and brand images are stored on Cloudflare R2. These files may be reachable at a public address so that platforms can fetch them.

Who data is shared with

Meta: content published to Instagram and account requests.
Google: content uploaded to YouTube and channel requests.
X: content published to X and account requests.
Cloudflare: storage of media files, previews and brand images.
MCP clients the owner connects: if the owner connects a tool or AI assistant on the same computer, the content list, content titles and descriptions, hashtags, tags and series, brand details, account information, the account's posts, post text, metrics and publishing status reach that client according to the permissions granted. Comments reach it only with a separate permission. YouTube data reaches it only when the person who connected the channel expressly grants that permission on their own connection, and it is not part of any total. These tools do not trigger X reads. That tool's processing is subject to its own provider's terms. MCP connections cannot publish, remove or delete.

Data is not transferred to any other third party. Postoda does not connect to TikTok by API, sends it no data and reads no data from it. For this platform only links the owner enters by hand are stored.

Google and YouTube data

Postoda uses YouTube API Services. Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Postoda requests the youtube.force-ssl scope to upload videos and custom thumbnails, read channel information and uploads, read video statistics and comments, and delete videos.

Postoda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke access with Bağlantıyı kes (Disconnect) on the panel's Accounts page, or at any time on the Google security settings page.

Meta and Instagram data

Postoda uses Meta permissions to publish Instagram posts, remove posts, read account information and posts, and read post insights and comments. The ads_read permission is requested only to read Stories and comments when the Page role comes from a business portfolio, and no advertising data is read. You can remove access with Bağlantıyı kes (Disconnect) in the panel, or in the business integrations section of your Facebook settings. Use is subject to the Meta Privacy Policy.

X data

Postoda uses the X API to publish X posts, remove posts, and read account information, posts, public metrics and replies. You can remove access with Bağlantıyı kes (Disconnect) in the panel, or in the connected apps section of your X settings. Use is subject to the X Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account stays connected and publishing records are needed. Profile images and biographies are refreshed at most once a day when the Accounts screen is opened. Account posts, metrics and comments are refreshed when the related page is opened. Story metrics can be read on the platform for 24 hours, so the last value is kept.

Data received from YouTube is refreshed once it is older than 30 days, and deleted if it cannot be refreshed or the video was removed. YouTube authorization is checked weekly, and if it was withdrawn, that channel's data is deleted. Comment texts of removed posts are deleted after 30 days on every platform. On Instagram and X, the last numbers of removed posts stay on record. Because the application runs on the owner's computer, this upkeep runs when the panel is opened, at most once a day.

Disconnecting: Bağlantıyı kes (Disconnect) on the Accounts page revokes the authorization on the platform and immediately deletes the access token, biography, profile image, account posts, metrics and comments. If another connected account uses the same authorization, it is kept on the platform for that account and the panel says so. Publishing records stay.

Permanent deletion: content is archived by default. The brand owner can delete a content item with Tamamen sil (Delete completely), together with its files, publishing records, approvals, metrics and comments. Hesabı tamamen sil (Delete account completely) deletes the account and its publishing records. Published posts are not removed from the platform by this action. Files that cannot be deleted from storage are retried.

To request deletion of your data or of a comment you wrote, write to contact@postoda.com. Requests are completed within 7 days.
